After 13 years of flooding the inner cities with taxpayers cash including Livingstone's half a billion of taxpayers money given to BME & female run business in London.
It was Labour in 2004 that reduced shop lifting to a fixed-penalty notoce of £ 80.00 that could be issued without the risk of a criminal record which has resulted in a massive increase in shoplifting now costing the private sector £ 2 bn a year.
Labour the looters party.
